Hi, I'm Paula—a Miami-raised graphic designer with 15+ years of experience creating thoughtful brand experiences across digital, print, packaging, and environmental design.
I began my career at Cooper DDB in Coral Gables, contributing to work for brands including the Florida Lottery, Miami Heat, and Carnival Cruise Lines before spending six years at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where I helped develop integrated campaigns for global brands such as Burger King, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Best Buy, and Vitaminwater.
Curious about the client perspective, I joined Zumba Fitness, where I gained firsthand experience building and evolving a global lifestyle brand from the inside out. Later, at Miami's Product/81, I found a more experimental creative environment—combining branding, art, and culture through immersive experiences, monthly gallery activations, and collaborations with South Florida Ford that celebrated local artists and the Wynwood community.
That chapter eventually led me to Los Angeles, where I continued working in a hybrid and remote capacity, collaborating closely with Miami-based teams through creative workshops, brand activations, and design sprints. Afterward, I transitioned into freelance, partnering with startups and emerging brands across industries to help shape identities, launch products, and tell compelling visual stories.
Today, I collaborate remotely with agencies, startups, and growing businesses, bringing strategic thinking, strong visual design, and over a decade of agency experience to every project. Whether developing a brand identity, designing a product launch, or creating marketing campaigns, I enjoy turning complex ideas into work that's both effective and memorable.
